This sauce boat is illustrated in Honey, Plate 56.c and is fully described on page 140-141. Here again we have the mulberry color and the green translucency with moons. Also the yellowish green color and inferior gold are characteristic. The presence of a dark line where glaze meets body at the foot rim is also characteristic and is known to collectors as the "scum line”.
